Group Conditioning Classes
Canine Conditioning – Level 1

Come and join us for a fun class where you’ll explore the fundamentals of canine fitness and conditioning – all while enhancing the bond between you and your dog
Designed as an Introduction to Fitness & Conditioning concepts and skills, this class is a fun way to learn how to build core fitness foundations, improve body awareness, and boost confidence in your dog. Together, you will learn:
✅ Targeted exercises to build front, hind, and core strength
✅ How to achieve proper form and posture for safe, effective muscle recruitment and engagement
✅ Paw targeting skills (front, rear, and all four) and how to use them within your dog’s fitness program
✅ Exercises to enhance flexibility and range of motion
✅ How to integrate Training Loops to set your dog up for success
✅ How to safely choose and use fitness equipment appropriate for your dog’s current skill and fitness level
✅ How to identify signs of fatigue (hint – there might be a few more than you think!)
… and so much more!
All of this while boosting your dog’s confidence, overall wellbeing, and deepening your team connection.

$210 – 6 sessions (55 minutes) + support available between classes.
*This class is for healthy dogs over 8 months with no aggression or reactivity concerns. If you think that this class might not be suitable for your dog, please contact me to investigate Individual Conditioning Training.
Canine Conditioning – Level 2
An intermediate to advanced class which builds upon what you have learnt in Conditioning Level 1

Pawkour Pups
Join us as we take our conditioning skills out into the great outdoors. Together we explore different parks, trails, and areas – using rocks, logs, slopes, etc as our “equipment”
*Teams must have taken Canine Conditioning Level 1, have participated in an Individual Conditioning Program, or have permission from the Instructor in order to participate.
Puppy Foundations
Introduce your puppy to Foundational Concepts such as nose and paw targeting, improve confidence, body awareness and proprioception while having fun in a low key, safe environment. Learn to think and engage with their handler around other dogs.
*Puppies must have both puppy vaccinations to participate. Classes are designed for puppies between 3-8 months.
Individual Conditioning Programs
3 Month Intro Program
$350
3 Conditioning Programs with progressions designed for you and your dog’s unique goals and all the support you need to be successful (either through video review/Zoom, or in-person for local teams). I am also available via text or messenger for support.
This introductory package is where you begin your fitness and conditioning journey.
Whether you are both new to canine conditioning, returning after time off and/or injury (will require a veterinarian clearance for activity), working towards weight loss or general wellness, or looking for performance enhancement to help attain your sporting goals, this is where we start.
Your Initial Intake session includes a Health and Injury History, Static and Dynamic Assessment, Body Condition and Muscle Scoring, Functional Range of Motion Assessments. We will conduct an evaluation of your dog’s strengths and weaknesses, discuss your goals – both sports and wellness – and make sure that we have a solid understanding of your lifestyle and any fitness equipment available to you. You will begin with a program of Conditioning Foundational Skills for the first week while your individual conditioning program is designed.
Over the 3 months, you will get 3 Conditioning Programs designed with progressions to meet your team’s unique needs and goals, and utilizing any fitness equipment that you may have access to. You will NOT need to purchase expensive equipment to complete your program.
Through video review, Zoom, or in-person, we will provide feedback on form and execution so that you can be confident you are engaging the desired muscles. We will evaluate your progress, provide guidance for new skills, and help to keep you motivated to complete your home program.
*As conditioning needs to be consistent in order to be most effective, we ask that these sessions be completed within 3 months of the initial intake session.

Single Conditioning Session
$75
A chance to update your dog’s conditioning program, check their exercise form as well as your own handler form, ask questions, and learn new exercises.
Also an opportunity to have an updated biodynamic assessment completed for your dog to help track changes in posture, movement, flexibility, etc.
We recommend that all dogs complete these assessments annually at the least, and quarterly for working and performance athletes, in order to track changes and help in early identification of subtle differences in your dog’s gait or posture which can be precursors to larger problems.
Active Athlete & Wellness Support Package
5 x 1 hour Sessions
$375 $325
On-going support for the active athlete (competing or not) or the dog making significant, long-term change to their weight or fitness level. Interchangeable with Bodywork sessions and also Performance Training. Or, you can split each session between these as your wish.
This package is transferable within the same family and so is ideal for multi-dog households. Must be used within 10 months. 14% discount off sessions purchased individually.
